Meet Tara, the Private Events Director at Blue Heron Pines!
Tara graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Communications. She ALWAYS loved weddings! As a kid, she would cut out pictures from wedding magazines with her best friends and make “wedding albums.”
AKA, She was creating vision boards since she was a kid!
Her favorite part about wedding days is getting to see the couple’s vision come together!
Some fun facts about Tara are: she is deathly afraid of mosquitos, she has been skydiving and she is also an artist! When she’s not at Blue Heron Pines, she is spending time with her husband and 4 year old daughter!

Meet Terri, the Wedding Sales Specialist Downingtown Country Club
Terri graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island where she majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her first job right out of college, she worked for a wonderful General Manger that told her “You be great at selling events!” Immediately after that she was promoted from Restaurant Manager to Catering Manger. She always loved doing events, but after her first weeding she was hooked! She just loves being a part of planning a couple’s most important day of their lives.
Aside from love being a part of the planning process, Terri’s favorite part of the wedding day is the first dance. In her words “The couple is nervous at first but as their dance begins, the guests fade away, and it is just the two of them. It is the perfect way to start the rest of their lives together.”
One fun fact about Terri is that she has lived in 11 states and 3 countries. Her favorites are the ones where she was close to the water. When she is not at her venue you can find her spending time with her family either kayaking or at the beach. She is at the most peace when she is one or near the water!
Meet Gabrielle, the Private Events Director at Ramblewood Country Club!
Gabrielle graduated from Stockton University where she studied Hospitality and Tourism Management.
She began to build her passion for the wedding industry when she was interning
at Laguna Grill & Rum Bar in Brigantine during her senior year of college.
Her favorite part of a wedding day is the moment the groom looks up at the bride as she is walking down the aisle.
She cries almost every time, that is why she loves what she does!
Fun Fact: Gabrielle worked as a wedding planner in Charleston, SC for 3 years.
When she is not at her venue, she loves spending time with her family! She can’t get enough of her niece’s adorable face!
Meet Kate, the Private Events Manager at Running Deer Golf Club and Seven Tap-Tavern!
Kate graduated from Wilmington University for Business Management. The wedding/event industry had always been something she had an interest in, but she never really knew how to get started. After taking a few courses geared toward event sales/management, she was hooked!
Kate’s absolute favorite part of a wedding day is getting to spend the few moments with the bride or groom right before
they walk down the aisle. She said that the couple is usually always a bit nervous, so she likes to distract them with questions
about how they met each other, how they proposed, etc. It eases the nerves and helps put the focus on their partner a
nd love story right before they make it official!
One fun fact about Kate is that her favorite movie is Pretty Woman.
When she’s not at her venue, she is spending time with her family and friends!
Meet Valleybrook Country Club’s Private Events Director, Tracey!

In 2006, Tracey started at VCC as a Bartender, she was looking to meet some new people after moving to the Valleybrook Development from Pennsylvania! She has been working at Valleybrook ever since.
Her favorite part of each wedding is getting to know the couples on a personal level and helping them plan the wedding of their dreams! She loves to see the look on their faces when they see their dreams coming to life!
Tracey loves to joke around, have fun and make others happy. When she’s not at Valleybrook, she’s spending time with her son, her family or at the beach!
Meet Heather, our Regional Sales Director.
While she was attending Rizzieri’s Cosmetology School, she worked at Filomena Lakeview Restaurant.
She loved helping with their private events whenever possible and admired the passion their Events Director, Lisa, had for her job!
On wedding days, Heather loves watching the groom or bride see their spouse for the first time walking down the aisle!
It makes her tear up every time.
She also loves to see the amazing relationships our wedding specialists build with their couples…it’s the emotional bonds that show how much our wedding team truly cares about each and every wedding!
One fun fact about Heather is that she loves yoga, obstacle course races & she is deathly afraid of clowns. She loves to travel to Key West & her go-to drink is vodka, club & lime!
