Chef Joe brings with him 25 plus years of experience as a head chef and a previous restaurant owner. He is passionate and dedicated to providing our guests with an authentic and inspiring dining experience! Chef Joe curates his menu using original recipes and high quality, fresh ingredients only. Whether you are coming to Valleybrook for a wedding, celebration/party, golf outing or a bite to eat in Riley’s Pub you will never leave hungry and completely satisfied!
